This research aims to bridge this gap by exploring how soft skill competencies and employee capacity can play a crucial role as intermediaries between training effectiveness and healthcare workforce performance. The study focuses on the context of Indonesia, where the healthcare sector faces unique challenges such as resource variations, disparities in training quality, and varying healthcare needs in different regions. Consistent with the human capital theory, this research acknowledges that the development of soft skill competencies and employee capacity, as described by Galimullina et al., [4], constitutes a significant investment in intellectual assets that can enhance healthcare workforce performance.
